SPMB Adzkia

SPMB Adzkia is a web-based student admission platform developed collaboratively by a team, supporting the registration journey from program information and applicant onboarding to administrative validation, payment, and re-registration workflows. My contribution focused on web and UI implementation across key applicant and administrative flows, including the Program Study experience, registration validation, and collaboration on the re-registration process.

Case Study

01 / PROBLEM

A student admission system needs to serve two very different users at once: applicants who need a clear, guided registration experience, and administrators who need structured tools to review and validate a large volume of applicant data. The challenge was turning those operational requirements into interfaces and workflows that stayed understandable on both sides of the system.

02 / PROCESS

As part of the development team, I worked on translating the admission workflow into usable web interfaces and Laravel-based functionality. My implementation covered the Program Study experience — where applicants explore available programs in a structured way — and administrative registration-validation interfaces. I also collaborated on the re-registration workflow, connecting the applicant-facing process with the validation flow administrators use. The work meant keeping public pages, applicant-facing flows, and admin interfaces consistent while integrating with the wider system the team built.

03 / RESULT

The resulting system provides a connected admission workflow covering program discovery, applicant registration, administrative validation, payment, and re-registration. My contribution helped make key applicant and administrator interactions more structured and easier to navigate, within the broader team-built SPMB architecture.
