Dashboard Kreatif 523 Studio
Dashboard Kreatif 523 Studio is an internal operational dashboard built to connect creative workflows — from client management, content planning and production, to social media performance analytics and AI-based strategy recommendations. This project was developed collaboratively, with my contribution focused on Content Analytics and AI Strategy.

Case Study
01 / PROBLEM
Creative-agency teams often manage planning, production status, and social-media performance in separate tools. That separation makes it hard to see how the work being produced connects to actual content performance, and harder still to turn results into the next content decision. The challenge was building Dashboard Kreatif 523 Studio as a system where operational workflow and performance data could inform each other.
02 / PROCESS
Within the team building Dashboard Kreatif 523 Studio, my work focused on the analytics and AI-strategy layer. I worked on structuring content-performance data so it could be analyzed across clients, platforms, content items, and periods, rather than viewed as isolated numbers. That analytics layer also supports audience insights and performance signals used as context for strategy analysis. For AI Strategy, performance, audience, and anomaly context are aggregated on the application side and sent to Google Gemini as structured context; the response comes back as a structured recommendation, not an automatic change to the content plan. Applying an insight to the Content Plan is a separate, explicit action the user takes — a human-in-the-loop design that keeps the final creative decision with the team.
03 / RESULT
Dashboard Kreatif 523 Studio creates a connected loop between creative operations and performance evaluation: Content Plan, Production, Publishing, Social Performance, Analytics, AI Strategy, Human Decision, and back to the next Content Plan. My contribution helped turn social-media metrics into a decision-support layer rather than a standalone reporting dashboard, letting performance data inform future content strategy inside the same operational system.
